Terms of service
Timeline
Time of completion will be between 1-3 months (unless prevented by unforeseen circumstances that I will inform you of). I will not accept short deadlines (shorter than 2 weeks) and any deadline will have to be agreed upon BEFORE the commission is started!ReferencesPlease provide visual references of any original characters, I will not work off text heavy descriptions alone unless you are paying specifically for design work. Please do not send me images/art of characters that are not yours for reference for your OC, that is still counted as design work and I will not accept these as proper reference for my regular commissions.
Please do not send me AI generated images as reference. Your submisssion will not be considered.Payment
Payment is upfront and no commission will be started until they are paid for. Payment is through PayPal invoices ONLY. If you have any difficulties about paying for your commission please talk to me directly and I'll try my best to work through it with you. I will only accept payment plans for commissions over $250 USD.
Base prices are subject to change based on complexity of request.I DO NOT accept refunds or cancelations, once the commission has gone past the sketching/revision phase you have agreed that you are happy with it and the work is to be finished. I may do small revisions (such as colour correcting) once the work is complete but any large changes will not be made. PLEASE do not lie during this stage, if you are unhappy with anything please let me know so that I can correct it as fast as possible. First several revisions are free, but if many revisions are needed prices may increase.

Revisions
Small revisions are free of cost, but any large changes (such as a pose change, completely new composition etc) will incur additional charges to the original commissions price. Please keep this in mind, if you have a very clear image of what you are asking for please clarify and give as much detail as early in the process as you can.Copyright Policy
All artwork is for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, this means you can claim the rights of your own character(s) and can share the work on social media/use as a wallpaper/icon or on toyhouse, but you do not own the rights to the drawing itself. Please do not reproduce a commission, take credit for the work, alter the work in any way, or sell the work commercially as your own without my consent. Reproducing a commission for any blockchain related reasons, including NFTs, is also prohibited without consent or a commercial license. You may not use your commission for AI training in anyway. I will kill you if I find out (promise).Commercial rights to use my artwork will start at 30%, please discuss further details with me if you are interested in using my work commercially.Know by filling out a form you are agreeing to these terms and any breach will result in immediate termination of your request and no refund will be allowed.
